How can I find albums that I'm looking for?
There are listing methods and there is a search engine to manage this. You can use the quick search in the far left coloumn(write the words in the text area and click "Search") to see a list of albums related with the words you search. The select box is used to choose within which fields you will make your search. If you don't choose anything, all the fields except songs will be searched (i.e. we list the albums and artist names that contain the words you searched for.). If you wish, you can limit your search with "only albums" and "only artists".

If you can't find the album you look for in the search results or you would like to see categorized lists of albums, you can use our categories listed in the "Albums" page by selecting from the suitable option from categories of "genres" or "series" (i.e. If you click "Classical Turkish Music", albums of this genre will be listed.). Another way to reach the album you look for is our "Artists" page where you can find all the album owners categorized as "Persons", "Groups" and "Others". If you click the name of an artist, you can see all the albums of this person or group.

How can I get information about an album?
After you find the album and you go to the album's page, you will see the cover of the album; list of people, groups and institutions that contributed to the album; instrument used in the album and by whom they were played; reviews of our guests about the album; songs that are recorded in the album and some other details about the album. If you click the artist's name, you will find information about that artist, including photo, biography and a list of his albums. You can also get detailed information about the songs recorded in that album including a sample of the song, lyrics, reviews of our guests about the song and a list of other albums that song was recorded. i.e. you can find a very detailed information about an album. If you haven't bought the album yet and you are planning to buy, you have a chance to have detailed information about the album a chance that we aren't used to have in real life shops.

When you click "I want to review" in the related page you will see a form that you can write your review. After you fill in and send the form we will check it (for spelling mistakes, etc.) and your review will be put on the page about what you reviewed. How can I listen to samples of songs?
Samples of songs in our web site are in Real Audio format. What is Real Audio and why do we use it? This format allows you to listen huge sound files while downloading via internet. During playing, the file continues to be downloaded. This means that you can listen to the sound file almost being not interrupted if your connection is not too slow. But please remember that due to the fact that the server that manages this is not started yet for a short while you can listen after you download the sound file. It will not take to long to solve this problem.
To be able to listen to these files at lesat G2 version of the proggram Real Audio Player must be set up on your computer. This is a free program that can be found easily. If you have this program on your computer you can see the blue and shortcut of it on the bottom-right corner of your computer. What is an album list?
You can add an album to your album list if you want to order an album; or you can add the album for just keeping the album information in your list for future orderings. The albums in your list will be kept until you remove them. You can order the albums in your album list whenever you want, by writing the number of albums in the corresponding boxes. There are two advantages of the album list: first, keeping the information of albums you are interested in, and second, decreasing the posting cost by gathering albums and giving order for more than one album at one time. The albums in your list will not be removed when you order them. You can remove the albums from your list using the "Remove from list!" link. Also you can use the "Add to my list!" or "Order!" links to add other albums to your list.

How is my personal information kept in the web site?
Your personal information cannot be accesed by anyone except yourself, you can access your personal information with your private password. Your password will be checked by the system after every operation you've performed. If you want to access your personal information your password will be asked to you. After you entered your password, a session will be opened for you and this session will stay active as you perform your operations. For each operation you performed, the system checks your password. If you don't perform any operation for 20 minutes, your session will be closed. If you want to perform an operation after your session is closed your password will be asked to you again. If you want to close your session by yourself, you can use the concerning link in the page. If your session is closed anyhow, the system will continue to operate from the last operation you've performed if you write your password in 20 minutes, otherwise you have to perform your operations from the beginning. In that case you will have a message.

How can I order albums?
For ordering an album, first of all you have to add the album to your album list. You can use the "Add to my list!" or "Order!" links to add albums to your list. These links add the albums to your list and bring you to your list. Click on the "Buy the albums!" button after you write the amount of albums you want to buy with the specified media (CD or Casette). After that you will give the order information in the following 4 steps.

In the first step, general information about your order will be asked to you. Payment method (Credit card, money ordr or cheque), transportation method, the person who will receive the order, gift-wrapping info (if you want) etc. After that page, delivery address page will be loaded. If the order will be delivered to you, a list of your addresses (you previously submitted) will be shown to you. Your order can be delivered to one of those addresses or another address you write in that page. If you didn't submit an address before, an address will be asked to you. If you want the order to be delivered to one of your friends, a form will be displayed to you for your friend's address. If that address is submitted beforehand, you can select it without writing again. In that step, also a phone form will be displayed for you.

Third step is for billing address. Again, your addresses will be listed for selecting, or you can write another address.

At the last step your transportation cost will be calculated and all your order information will be listed. If you approve your order information, your order will be completed and its status will be set to "Waiting for payment!". If you selected to pay with a credit card, the credit card information page will be prompted to you. If your credit card information is approved by the bank, the status of your order will be changed to "Waiting for posting!". Otherwise your ordering information will be kept and we will wait you for payment. Also you can pay by money order if you want. After the completion of your order a notification e-mail will be sent to you.

After your payment is charged, your order will be posted or sent to cargo in at most 1 day, and the status of your order will be changed to "Sent!" and you will be informed with an e-mail. Also you can see the state of your order in your personal page.

Which delivery method should I prefer?
To say shortly: If you are ordering from outside Turkey, you should prefer urgent posting. Altough this method is slower compared to private cargo service, it is cheaper and as secure as cargo service. And the delay within this method is just one or two days. If you are ordering from Turkey, you should prefer private cargo service. We recommend it because it is cheaper and fast within Turkey.

These numbers may give you an idea about the shipping cost: Urgent posting cost to outside of Turkey varies between 13 and 20 USD (the country determines the difference, for orders up to 500 g. 3 to 7 USD added for each additional 500 g. Again the difference depends on the country sent. Cargo service for orders to Turkey is minimum 2 USD, and 0.4 USD is added for each additioanl kg. We think it is useful to remind that each album weigths 100 gr. average. We will inform you about the exact shipping cost in the last step of your order. Our system will calculate it for you.
